Limited Warranty

Unless the manufacturer provides a written warranty of fitness for a particular use, the manufacturer’s sole warranty is that the product, as supplied, will meet then current sales specifications and is specific only to return of product found to be defective upon opening of container within one year. Customer’s exclusive remedy and NEOtech’s sole liability for breach of warranty is limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement of any product shown to be other than as warranted and the manufacturer expressly disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

This is a product which must be applied by authorised and certified coating specialists. If this process is not done properly and professionally, the effects can even work in reverse — generating higher energy costs! The manufacturer is gearing up to offer a certification program; however we do not have the exact timetable as yet. If you e-mail us with your contact information, we will put your name on our list and notify you of certification course dates and other information. If you choose to have any NEOtech Coatings product applied by an non-certified technician or painter, NO WARRANTY WILL BE PROVIDED.
